STREUSEL PEACHES WITH CREAM

INGREDIENTS
3 peaches (cut in half and seed extracted)
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter (use any butter you’d like. I use my own or Irish butter)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
handful of chocolate chips
PREP
Add all the topping ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a bowl and mix
Add the chocolate chips after you’ve mixed everything. Make sure you do that last. You don’t want the chips to melt in the mixture.
Take a cast iron pan or baking tray and grease it with butter.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
Place peaches into a cast iron pan or a baking tray and generously place a scoop of the topping onto each of the peach halves. Put as much as you want in there.
Place in the oven for about 20-30 minutes till the peach is soft and fork tender and the topping is browned.
