MY F$CKING BODY. MY F$CKING CHOICE

We definitely won’t discuss Roe vs. Wade because that’s a total shit show. A bunch of old men and weird women in the position of power telling us what we can and cannot do with our bodies. Congratulations United States, you have pushed us bak 80 years! And what does this decision have to do with all of the other concerns that should take precedence in the States? Why the need to control our bodies? Piss off, Congress.

SOCIETY’S STANDARDS

In today’s society, it also judges our bodies. Making us feel that we aren’t beautiful or worthy if we don’t look like a Kardashian, Stallion or Cardi B. And then while they make us feel like shit; they make those same celebrities feel even worse because of their beauty and bodies.

What the hell is happening?

What’s going on where we let someone behind computer screens and on certain platforms make us feel like we are not worth anything than scrubbing bubbles, that we aren’t beautiful and that we aren’t worth attention? This is complete bullshit. We are beautiful and our bodies are a temple no matter what color we are, the size, weight and all the other crap that deems us not worthy.

We are criticized for not covering up enough and when we do wear clothes that make us feel sexy (because it is about how WE FEEL) we are called names and expected to accept vulgar behavior because of how we are dressed. And in the same breath, if we don’t dress sexy we are made fun of because we don’t have sexy clothes. It’s wild.

THE DOUBLE STANDARD.

The most bizzare and disheartening thing is when it is a woman making fun of another woman. Plus size women are not able to feel free in their skin without someone saying that they are fat or unhealthy and most of those comments come from other women. Skinny, slim or medium build women are picked apart by other women. And there is only one reason why. And that is because that other person is dark on the inside and possibly insecure to see another woman feel confident in their skin.

The best advice that can be given is to throw up both middle fingers and CONTINUE BEING YOU!

Women should not be tearing down other women because we go through enough shit. We should raise up our fellow sister and show love and compassion. If you are spending your days knocking down other women, you should change the energy and make a point to leave comments that are positive and loving. This WILL definitely start to change your heart and you will possibly start to feel good in your own skin.
