BANANA PANCAKES

PREP

  • Mixing bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 smashed bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 3 tablespoons of hemp

  • 1/2 cup of milk

OPTIONAL: You can add chocolate chips, or crushed walnuts or pecans.

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir - it will form a batter

  • Warm your skillet or grill

  • Scoop out portions of batter and lay on hot pan

  • When it starts to bubble you can flip it over to cook on the other side.

Once you are done making your pancakes you can serve with cream, syrup, or eat with peanut butter and jelly! These are a great snack as well!
