INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Oat Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 Pitted Dates
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon of Ground Tumeric
1 Tablespoon of Real Honey
ADDITIONAL
Ninja Nutri Personal Blender or something equivalent
Strainer
Stove Top
Small Pot
DIRECTIONS
Take 2 cups of milk and add it to the Ninja Blender Cup
Add the dates and all the spices.
Blend for approximately 2-3 minutes.
Heat up the small pot and pour the contents from the blender into the pot
Bring to a boil (should only be 3-4 minutes) and remove from stove
Let mixture cool in pot for 1 minute.
Use the strainer over a coffee mug and pour the liquid into the strainer.
Discard the dates that are left in the strainer.
You can add 1 tablespoon of honey for more sweetness.
