INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Oat Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 3 Pitted Dates

  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger

  • 1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg

  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Tumeric

  • 1 Tablespoon of Real Honey

ADDITIONAL

  • Ninja Nutri Personal Blender or something equivalent

  • Strainer

  • Stove Top

  • Small Pot

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take 2 cups of milk and add it to the Ninja Blender Cup

  2. Add the dates and all the spices.

  3. Blend for approximately 2-3 minutes.

  4. Heat up the small pot and pour the contents from the blender into the pot

  5. Bring to a boil (should only be 3-4 minutes) and remove from stove

  6. Let mixture cool in pot for 1 minute.

  7. Use the strainer over a coffee mug and pour the liquid into the strainer.

  8. Discard the dates that are left in the strainer.

  9. You can add 1 tablespoon of honey for more sweetness.

  10. ENJOY!
