LOSE THE “TUDE”: WAYS TO GET OUT OF A BAD MOOD.

IT CAN GO DOWNHILL

Sometimes, you are just in a bad mood and this is ok. You are human and we have feelings and emotions. Being in “stank funk” can also be you processing some internal feelings and moving energy. This is ok, as long as you don’t projectile vomit that bad attitude onto others. If you are in a bad mood and you project that on to others, things can really go downhill from there.

Events can put you in a bad mood and some days, it feels like it is one bad thing happening after another. That absolutely sucks!

You don’t have to stay in this energy. You can change your current energy of being in a pisser mood by taking actions to help you process, clear and move that energy away from your space.

IF IT IS A PERSON

Get out of their space. You don’t have to put up with that energy and absorb it. If you are at home, you can simply leave the room and find a quiet space to just rid yourself of that energy. This applies to you being the person at home and having a bad mood. Remove yourself and ask for privacy. When the time comes, you can talk to your partner about your feelings.

GRATITUDE + AFFIRMATIONS

Reprogramming is something that everyone should try. It is a way to “trick your brain and body” into how you want to feel. The perfect way to do this is by writing or saying outloud gratitide and affirmations. Let’s be honest, once of the “side effects” of being in a bad mood is complaining. So, we definitely want to get out of that energy and show gratitude for everything that we are blessed with, followed by affirmations.

GO FOR A WALK

Just to reiterate the first bullet point, GET OUT OF THEIR SPACE. Going for a walk is another way to do this. It’s also the ultimate way to move that energy through you. Breathing in that fresh air, your movement, the sun and some awesome tunes on your headphones, works EVERY SINGLE TIME!
